Our Autumn term topic is 'Slavery.' We held a topic day to remember slaves and the hardships they experienced.
As part of our topic, we created an information text about Plymouth's connections with slavery. We visited these places, took photos and made videos at the locations.
In PE, we are creating a four-part dance to represent the journey of a slave. Part one is African dance.
'Healthy Humans' is our Autumn term topic.
We have learnt about the effect of sugar in our diet and were amazed at how much sugar is in various drinks. We have also studied how other things, such as alcohol and drugs, can effect our bodies.
We studied how the digestive system works and created our own digestive system!
