Having been part of the Montpelier family (as Deputy Headteacher) since May of 2015, I was appointed Headteacher in September 2022. I attend all Governing Body meetings and provide detailed and relevant information about pupils' progress, attainment and strategic school development. It is a privilege to lead Montpelier Primary School.

Helen has a background of training in law and administration management for the third sector, and is now a self-employed small business owner, running a shop on the Barbican since 2015, which focuses on working with artisans and makers exclusively from Devon & Cornwall. Helen's children currently attend Montpelier, and she has a keen interest in SEND and neurodiversity, to ensure all pupils at Montpelier receive a brilliant experience of primary school.
