Dear Parents,
It is my wish to share that as we continue to embark and respond to the changing landscape of lockdown 3.0 that it is our intention to offer each family the opportunity to attend a spring term parent consultation meeting.
Following the success of the autumn meetings via Zoom, we will once again run the meetings using this service, with the same process being applicable - you will need to download the Zoom app to one of your devices at home, you will then be sent an invitation and password for the meeting which will admit you to the 'waiting room' and your child's class teacher will then invite you into the meeting at your scheduled time. Parents who are separated but usually attend together can still do so. The invite and password will be sent to the parent who makes the booking and this can then be shared with the other parent. You will each arrive at the waiting room and you will each be admitted to the meeting. Please make sure that the teacher knows at the start of the meeting if there is a second parent waiting to join. This approach can also be used for parents who are geographically separated at the time of the meeting but can then still join from where they are, for example if they are at work.
I can confirm that the planned dates for these meetings are Tuesday 9th February and Thursday 11th February 2021.
You can book an appointment from Monday 18th January from 6pm.
The booking for these meetings will take place as usual via eSchools. If you are new to the school you should already have received a letter with your login details.
